About Me

Photography is my passion.

The only thing I ever thought I was good at, since I was a very small child, was art. The only college I applied to, or even thought about applying to, was an art school. To apply to the school, I had to submit a portfolio during an interview there. I was out of my drawing and painting stages of life at this point, but I had never even used a camera.

I borrowed a camera from a photographer I was interning for, and took some photographs for my portfolio. I was accepted into the school!

During the summer after my first year, I got pregnant with my sweet baby, Ellington JOY. I took a year off of school since I was due with her during my last semester. During that year, I used my camera and MacBook that I had been using in school, to start my own photography business.

Now, here I am! I now have a husband, 4 kiddos & of course, a doggo! If you didn't figure it out already, my business is named after my first born. <3

I am always trying to create something new and beautiful. Creating photographs that are passionate, joyful and warm is what my soul lives for. I hope I get to create something special, just for you & your loved ones.
